Background: The Lancaster South Rotary Club was established in 1986, with 23 charter members; it is a member club of Rotary District 7390. Today we have 55+ members.
Club Activites: In the tradition of all Rotary Clubs, fellowship among members is an important club focus. This is enhanced through participation in weekly meetings as well as a variety of social events. Service through Rotary is expressed through activies which include both direct involvment in service and through fund-raisers which provide support for community needs.
Meetings: Lancaster South Rotary Club meets each Wednesday at 7:30 a.m. for a breakfast meeting at the Willow Valley Conference Center in the Garden Room. After Club annoucements and business, a guest speaker normally presents a topic of common interest. The meeting adjourns at 8:30 a.m.
The Wheel: The Club's newsletter, published monthly, lists the guest speakers/topics for the weekly meetings as well as announces important Club information.
Dues: Intial fee (non-refundable): $160 (includes admin fee, $25, and annual membership fee of $135). Cost of meals ($10.00 per meal) is billed to members on a quarterly basis.
